A scheduled maintenance is performed to the information systems of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB) due to systems upgrading starting on 4 December in the evening at 22:00 and expected to last until 5 December 09:00 in the morning.
There will be a scheduled interruption in the information systems of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB) from 22:00 on the evening of 4 December, which is expected to last until 09:00 on the morning of 5 December. During the interruption, the online services environment e-MTA and the information systems and X-tee services accessible from the e-MTA will be unavailable. Queries about public information in the ETCB information systems cannot be made during this period either.
From Saturday or as of 15 February income tax returns shall be submitted to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB), the bureaus of ETCB shall start issuing precompleted income tax returns on paper as of 17 February.

A new upgrade has been completed in the e-Tax/e-Customs which from now on enables to order an e-invoice for the payment of land tax. The first time this possibility can be used is the 1st of October, which is the due date for the payment of land tax.
From June 1st it is mandatory on the registration of employment to indicate the employee’s official title and the address of workplace. Without these data making new entries is impossible in future, and this also applies to changing or deleting entries.
