Powers of attorney and applications for granting e-MTA access permissions

On this page you will find the forms of powers of attorney and applications for granting e-MTA access permissions to your representatives in a service bureau or by e-mail.

All access permissions for using e-services granted to representatives always include the right to view and change the contact details of a represented person, receive and read administrative acts, read notifications sent to a represented person and have correspondence with the Tax and Customs Board on behalf of a represented person.

With this power of attorney, a legal person gives its representative the right to:

  • view and change the settings of notifications being sent to a legal person

  • view the representatives of a legal person and their access permissions

  • add access permissions on behalf of a legal person

  • change or clone the access permissions of representatives (except the access permissions received automatically)

  • manage the list of favourites of a legal person

  • compare access permissions granted to representatives
