Customs offices
Cash payments are allowed in case of paying road user charge, fines and customs duties in customs offices only if a person crossing the border does not have any opportunities to make payment by debit or credit card. The maximum amount, which is allowed to pay in cash, is 10,000 euros.
State taxes, payments and other financial obligations arising from law (interests, penalty payments, fines, etc.) and financial penalties, fines, penalty payments and procedure expenses imposed by courts or prosecuting authorities are paid via the e-services environment e-MTA or into the bank account of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.

Paldiski Border Crossing Point

If you have the authorised consignor or authorised consignee authorisation, you can perform customs clearance electronically in the e-services environment e-MTA. If you do not have the authorised consignor or authorised consignee authorisation, you can carry out customs clearance at a customs office that suits you best.
Transit procedures can be carried out at the service bureaus of Pärnu, Rakvere, Tartu, Võru, Narva and Kuressaare as well as Tallinn Airport, Muuga and Sillamäe customs offices.
