Submission of the declaration of interests
The declaration of interests must be submitted by the officials specified in subsection 1 of § 13 of the Anti-Corruption Act.
The declaration must be submitted within four months from assuming an office or from arise of the obligation to submit a declaration and thereafter by 31 May each year.
From 1 July 2026, access to the register of declarations of interests will be available through the state portal eesti.ee. Declarations of interests must be submitted via eesti.ee even if the process of completing the declaration was started in the e-services environment e-MTA of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.

The public will also continue to have access to both the declarations of interest submitted this year and those submitted in previous years via the Estonian Tax and Customs Board’s e-services environment e-MTA (first select yourself as the representative, then choose “Reports” – “Declaration of interests” from the menu).
