Inquiry of tax arrears
By using this search tool, you can check whether a person has any tax arrears. To submit your inquiry, you must enter the person's registry code or personal identification code. The inquiry displays claims not paid by the due date collected by the tax authority, the disclosure of which is permitted by law. The inquiry does not show calculated interest and arrears below 100 euros. The response contains a list of declarations not submitted by deadline, the amount of arrears by claim type, and the part of arrears that is contested and/or in a payment schedule.

Value added tax (VAT) identification number search
By using this search tool you can check if a person, for example your business partner, is registered as a VAT payer in Estonia. You must enter the personal ID number, commercial register number or non-resident number of this person to submit your search inquiry. If a registration is found, the result will contain the following data: name and commercial register number of the VAT payer, value-added tax identification number (VAT ID), the date of inclusion and exclusion from the register.

European Union value-added tax identification number (VIES VAT number) verification
By using this search tool you can check if a person such as your business partner is registered as a VAT payer in any European Union Member State and if the VAT identification number is valid.
You must enter the person's value-added tax identification number to submit your search inquiry.

Search of entrepreneurship account
By using this search tool you can check if someone has an entrepreneurship account or not. You must enter the personal ID number or commercial register number.

Verification of use of gifts, donations and other income
By using this search tool you can check how donated money has been used and who has received tax-exempt grants. In order to submit your search inquiry, you must enter the commercial register number of the company that you made your donation to.

Inquiry of non-residency
By using this search tool you can check if a person is or has been a non-resident in Estonia. In order to submit your search inquiry, you must enter either the personal ID number, commercial register number or non-resident number issued to the person in Estonia or the personal ID number, commercial register number or VAT registration number issued in the country of residence.

EORI number look-up
