General provisions
- The use of the services is permitted only if you agree to all the terms and conditions.
- Testing may only be performed in a test environment, it is prohibited to test in a production environment.
- Only test data may be used (created, entered, inquired, etc.) when using the services. Test data is anonymous or fictitious data that does not contain real personal data or other elements that make it possible to identify a person.
- The service and data will be used only for the purpose stated in the application and the data will not be transferred to third parties.
- The data created by using the services may become available to third parties or services, i.e. other testers.
- The services may not be used to damage, disrupt or deliberately reduce the performance of the test environment.
- The Tax and Customs Board has the right to immediately suspend or terminate access if there is a reasonable suspicion of violation of the terms and conditions or misuse of the service.
Granting and terminating access permissions (incl. X-tee)
- User interface access permissions for the training environment of the Tax and Customs Board are granted for a fixed term and are terminated upon expiry of the term.
- X-tee services of the Tax and Customs Board in the X-tee test and/or development environment are opened for a fixed term and are terminated upon expiry of the term.
- User interface access permissions are person-based and their transfer to other persons is prohibited.
- The client is obligated to notify the Tax and Customs Board of the need for early termination of user interface access permissions and/or X-tee accesses granted for a fixed term if:
- the testing has been completed before the date specified in the application;
- the tester no longer needs access permissions (e.g. employee's tasks change, tester leaves the company and the employment relationship ends).
